  • For construction, demolition, or residential clean out/renovation projects: we recommend a 14 or 20 yard bin. For roofing projects: 14 yard bins are provided. For heavy materials being disposed of such as heavy stone, concrete, brick, gravel, etc: 5 yard bins are provided.

  • The waste inside the bin must be completely level with no waste that exceeds the top of the bin such as framing material, metal siding, etc sticking up.

  • Bins do not need to be sorted. You can dispose of many things such as: mattresses, appliances (with liquid freon removed), insulation, construction waste, demo materials, furniture, and metal, and many other items.

  • Hazardous waste (toxic or corrosive materials, anything flammable or liquid), household garbage (kitchen and food waste), medical waste, biohazardous waste, vehicle batteries, and asbestos. Dried up paint inside paint cans is OK. Please contact us for any clarification or if the item in question is not listed.

  • It is always better to book your bin sooner rather than later, but we are usually able to accommodate shorter notice requests with some flexibility.

  • We do not have timelines for our bin rentals. Feel free to keep the bin until your project is complete.
